Shipping
Every Sentio device is inspected and packaged before it leaves our facility in Tucson, Arizona.
Processing
Orders placed before 11:00 AM local business time typically begin processing the same business day. Standard processing takes 1–3 business days.
Processing may take longer during launches and peak periods.
Delivery
- United States, continental: 3–5 business days after shipment.
- International: 1–2 weeks after shipment, depending on destination.
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier timing is not guaranteed.
How Your Order Travels
Processing. We verify your payment, inspect your device, and pack it to withstand transit.
Shipment. Your order is handed to the carrier. You'll receive tracking by email.
Addresses
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once received; additional shipping may apply.
In Transit
Once an order leaves our facility, it's with the carrier. For lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages, we'll help you file a claim and find a resolution.
International Orders
Customs duties and import fees are determined by your country and paid by the recipient.
