Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sentio. If something isn't right, our team will work with you to resolve it quickly. Below are the details that apply to returns and exchanges.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for eligible full-price hair tools only.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

— A full-price hair tool purchase
— New or gently used
— In original packaging
— Accompanied by proof of purchase
— Within the 14-day return window
— Approved through our return authorization process

Approved full-price returns are not subject to a standard restocking fee when returned in acceptable condition.

A restocking or refurbishment fee may apply if the item is returned with missing packaging, missing accessories, excessive wear, damage, residue, signs of misuse, or if the item requires cleaning, refurbishing, repackaging, or other processing before resale.

Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

LED Masks and Personal-Use Devices

LED masks and personal-use beauty devices sit directly against the skin. For hygiene and safety, they are final sale once opened — a standard shared across the premium beauty device industry.

If yours arrives defective or damaged, we'll replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Styling Tools and Accessories

Eligible tools and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

- Unused or gently used
- In original packaging with all accessories, inserts, and manuals

Return shipping and restocking fees may apply based on condition.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee covers the inspection, sanitization, and repackaging required to bring a returned item back to Sentio's quality standard.

Gently used means no visible wear, clean, fully functional, complete with original packaging and accessories, and meets resale standards on inspection.

Items that fall below these standards may not qualify.

Wrong Item Received

Please set the item aside, unopened, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange the exchange.

Damaged in Transit

Every Sentio product is inspected and packaged before shipment. If yours arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll help you file a carrier claim and resolve it.

Starting a Return

Contact Sentio support before sending anything back. You'll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
